Joanna Davis

Executive Director

Joanna appreciates the opportunity to live out her calling of connecting people to God and one another. She says, "to be witness to the deepening faith of another and be allowed to walk next to someone on their spiritual journey is an indescribable joy. I am blessed beyond measure to serve alongside this amazing staff. We are a team of people who love God, love each other, and love this church!"

Joanna moved to NW Arkansas in 1992 and started working at First Church as a temporary Bookkeeper until the church could find a permanent replacement, it took 7 years. Her roles here at the church have expanded and changed in several areas including oversight of the Senior Adult and Singles Ministries, the development and direction of our Hospitality and Assimilation Ministry, Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, and most recently the role of Director of Ministries.

Joanna and her husband Tim, have a very large, very diverse family, including two grandchildren that they are extremely proud of.

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, rootin' on the Hogs, reading, and watching movies.
