Riley Harris
Director of Family Ministries / Youth & College Minister
Riley is a Springdale native and grew up in First United Methodist Church. He knows our youth ministry from the inside out, and he has previously served as a youth ministry intern, interim director of Local Mission Project, and small group leader. Riley’s favorite thing about youth ministry is the opportunity to work with students to help foster and strengthen their relationship with Jesus, while also providing a space where students feel comfortable, safe, loved, and challenged.
Riley provides oversight over our Family Ministry, which consists of birth through young adulthood, while also directly leading our youth and college age ministries.
Married to Loni and father to Cece, Chloe, and Callum, Riley loves to hang out with his family and their two dogs. He also likes the cheer on the Razorbacks, go hiking, and generally find any reason to be outdoors.
His favorite Bible verse is Romans 12:2 – “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is––his good, pleasing, and perfect will.”
