Announcing the First Kids Mural Contest!

We are excited to announce a special opportunity for our First Kids parents, staff, and church congregation to showcase their creativity and contribute to our community! We are holding a mural contest to design a beautiful and inspiring mural for the wall near the playground of our daycare.

Contest Details:

• Who Can Participate: First Kids parents, staff, and church congregation members.
• Theme: The mural should reflect our daycare's joyful, nurturing environment.
• Location: The wall near the playground of the daycare.

Submission Guidelines:

• Deadline: All designs must be submitted by July 31, 2024.
• Format: Submissions can be digital designs or hand-drawn sketches. Please include a brief description of your design and the inspiration behind it.
• Submission: Send your designs to or drop them off at the church office.

Selection Process:

• Our childcare board will review all submissions.
• The winning design will be announced on August 6, 2024, and painted on the wall by September 20, 2024.

Prize:

• There is no "prize." However, we will give you a $300 stipend to cover supplies and hype you up!

We can’t wait to see the amazing designs our community comes up with! This is a wonderful chance to leave a lasting impact on our daycare and inspire joy and creativity in our children.
